Ana Paula's childbirth workshop combines Research Based Information with Intuitive Knowledge. Couples will be able to explore the physiology of childbirth, the hormones of labor, and a lot of different coping styles that women have been using for centuries in childbirth. It is an interactive workshop where participants are encouraged to share their views, ask questions and nourish themselves as they prepare to become new parents.
